Shipping Policy

Updated at: 2026-09-29

This Policy explains how and when orders bought on suuqa.shop are delivered and what it costs. All prices and charges are in USD.

1. Where we deliver. We currently deliver physical products to addresses in served area. If your country or region is not selectable at checkout, we cannot deliver to it yet.
We do not currently offer international shipping or shipping outside Somalia.

2. What it costs.
The delivery charge is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. It depends on the destination, the size and weight of the items, and the delivery option you choose.
Any delivery charge is shown clearly in your order summary — there are no hidden fees added after you order.
Free delivery, if offered, is applied automatically at checkout and shown in your summary.

3. Delivery options and times. Estimated times are counted in business days (days we are open for dispatch, excluding public holidays) and begin once your payment has cleared and the item is dispatched.

4. Delivery instructions.
Deliveries are made to the delivery address and phone number entered at checkout. Please check them carefully before paying — an incorrect address is the most common cause of a failed delivery.
Someone must be available to receive the parcel. If delivery is attempted and fails, we will contact you and re-arrange.

Add any delivery instructions — a landmark, a preferred time, or a safe place — in the delivery instructions field at checkout so the courier has them.
Deliveries are made to the recipient only. We are not liable for items left unattended or for loss or damage after the courier marks a delivery as completed.
If you ask for an item to be held, collected, or redirected to another address, tell us before dispatch. Changes after dispatch may not be possible.

5. Tracking. When you order, we email you an order confirmation with your order number. When your parcel is handed to the delivery service we will email you again to let you know it has been dispatched and that email will include the tracking reference recorded for the parcel.

6. Failed or refused delivery. If a parcel cannot be delivered, the courier normally attempts delivery again and holds the parcel at a local point. If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Shipping charges for redelivery of a parcel that was not successfully delivered the first time may apply.

7. If something arrives damaged. Check your parcel on arrival. If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, photograph the parcel and the item before opening further where possible and email [email protected] with your order number and the photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement and the return shipping is on us. See the Returns Policy.

9. Contact us.
For any delivery question, email [email protected] with your order number. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
